Course Overview
Practice the Science of Well-Being: What does it really mean to be well? In this course, you’ll explore the many dimensions of wellness, including physical, mental, emotional, social, and digital health, and how they connect to the choices you make every day. You’ll examine topics like nutrition, sleep, stress, movement, relationships, and screen time, learning to separate evidence from myths and marketing. You’ll set personal wellness goals, track your progress, and reflect on what actually works for you. The course ends with a student-led project where you investigate a wellness topic that matters to you and your community.
